5. Simple and basic infrastructure

6. Supportive parents

7. Affordable fee structure

8. Basic safety and hygien

9. Discipline and good manners

10. Best results in studies, sports and extra curricular activities. 


The school management must concentrate more on income and admissions. The expenses has to be managed well. Of course there should be a profit even though there is a higher value of services involved in the field of education. 


When the good quality of education is not maintained well, any institution is bond to fail. The involvement of the management in the institution is very important. 

Education is just not buildings, teachers and students alone. It's the team work that brings results. Producing talented students is very important. Education is all about producing eminent leaders of the future. 

Parting knowledge in different subjects is just a part of education. Moulding the students into an efficient human with great qualities and values is very important. 

Education needs to happen with fun and enjoyment. Students needs to feel happy coming to school. They need to enjoy the  learning process. Students needs to be appreciated and loved. Students have to be encouraged every moment. Life skills need to be imparted to groom a student well. 

Education is a beautiful service given to the society when it is not looked in business perspective alone.
