Gaining
practical work experience is never a bad idea, even amidst the Corona pandemic
when all experiences (study or intern) were cut short in the beginning of spring 2020, BIRLA SCHOOL PILANI RUN
UNDER BET (BIRLA EDUCATION TRUST) quickly pivoted to offer Virtual
Platform (Online Education) to its
students including boarders and day scholars adding them all with Microsoft Team app link pouncing to one and the other city of the
growing potential source located in
India.
Reading it may seem an easy or a simple
sentence but it wasn’t an easy task, It was possible only because of the able-bodied
of Birla School Pilani who have capacity to set up a complete example of
standing up with its organization in all complex moments whether its Corona or
the lockdowns of its time. The school and its teaching never stops.
The school has
the honour of functioning though it had to give an ardent IT training for the first
virtual intern classes, and was placed with Team. The school hasn’t created
just only team web link but continued conducting tests and exams too! It even
hosted the PTMS time to time getting feedbacks from the manifest parents.
Working for the
school I gained insights into work culture, put its excel skills to use its new
virtual school developing skills, and even I can bet now with quality assurance
for its excellence in parting excellent education and fine Character to its
students with whom their parents kept checking out more and more with no doubt
and remorse to revert to the organization with any quarries or a short of Q&A.
What do you
learn about BIRLA SCHOOL Culture through the above reading? Have you navigated
any special differences?
Frankly
saying I learned that BIRLA SCHOOL and of
course all the schools run by BET are very honest and dedicatedly designed
organizations to imbibe educations to its students, cooperation to its society,
job guaranty to its employs and a grand belief of relief to its stakeholders
whether they are students, parents or the employs.
You definitely
need not to undermine to take on critiques and not take anything too personally.
This is common in the Education World but it is surprising and praising that the school continues its every part of education imparting during Covid19
pandemic with a complete Virtual Platform. You will also be surprised to know
that the school has been paying to its employs the complete salary even when many
organizations turned theirs deaf ears to their employs just because they could
not function, is too surprising to me. In the school, you are taught to be with
the needy and that the BET has proved with its mindset.
If you want to
admit your ward in a successful teaching learning institute, you need not
wander at any more places searching for it. It’s only the time to visit us and
get the desired Education System and insight.
It proves to be
a milestone in the world of Education. Not only this the school has also opened its dimensions to the International approaches of education .It has got its
British Council Award. It has its Fit India School Award as it believes in the
continuity and the harmony with the International Collaborative activities and
National Activities.
Apart from the
Academic and curricular based lessons and activities it also believes in the
holistic development of the students. You just Google up and see the new arena
of education center which makes the child self dependents and smartly ready to
face future. You find it as the perfect place to be able to take creative
remarks of our works and contributions in the society of Educations so that you
can make it out the place to be satisfying your passion.
I was new to
most of the norms of educations but I know almost everything now as the
organization organizes Faculty Development Programmers regularly to improve and
update its faculties, to make them aware of the teaching norms and deeds.
I am working
with the institute, so I know what’s going to make the difference in your child’s
life.
If you are fine with this much you may stop reading it,but if you don’t want to miss anymore quality ,you should continue reading what you just want to know. How I messed up with here and learnt many “whys” behind and all about.
Bspians are also
very straightforward. In other places, oftentimes people like to sugar coat
things but the Bspians are straight up with what improvements are needed in
your child during his stay here in the hostel as the child’s mentor gets in
touch with parents continuously, talking with you for their responses and
counseling behavior that they are done with and we aren’t beat around the bush.
We are also very
professional, but welcoming at the same time. In meetings after going over the
essential information, we sit around and check with the child‘s activities and offer
them assistance and understanding of the new role that they require.
What
more do you want in a school to get your child admitted in for education?
BSP does a
lot of different things for the child’s cognitive improvement. It has created
history using excel from century by producing toppers in the world of
Education. Education to help and expand to the cosmos.
I have jotted down my feelings about BET and
Birla School Pilani in the blog. There is no any personal and impersonal place of criticism. Come visit us and

What I enjoy most about my teaching place is having a good relationship with my supervisor, and doing the work genuinely made a big difference in the Institute .They never take steps to enter the mind molding works .They help to make compact and guide me to get the goal which makes me feel significant to experience and elevate.
